Consultancy/inventory
Includes full inventory of facility with photo documentation. Drawings include the existing layout of rooms with plans of electric sockets, water connections and ventilation. I also perform projects of reconstructing existing structures and changes of use and adaptation.

Conceptual design
Includes drawing documentation (1:200 or 1:100 projections) with a functional layout, location of building on the plot and initial visualization/views to better understand the concept and present the design.

Each conceptual design has a 3D model of a building with proposed colors.
Building design
Includes comprehensive design service – developing a multi-industry design documentation with full co-ordination of branches with co-operation with reliable companies and depending on the agreed scope – support in any official formalities or finding a contractor.
